This endpoint allows you to use your test credentials to make a request to the outbound call endpoint or to make a call without charging your account.

This represent the Url that Twilio will make its HTTP request, to retrieve TwiML to handle the call. Note: URLs must contain a valid hostname, and underscores are not permitted. E.g., http://demo.twilio.com/docs/voice.xml
